understanding that the Admiralty

will surrender, without compensation,

in

the area lot 86 specified in the

telegram, and on the understanding

that the provisions/as to the dates

of payments by the Hong Kong Govern-

ment and of the surrender of the old

Hospital by the Admiralty will be

subject to review when their

ready
